QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of the SERCAL NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST EQUIPMENT LTD. to provide clients with a service that complies with the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for Laboratory calibrations, and BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for other areas.

The objectives of the Quality System are to define the policy and working procedures of the Company to ensure that a consistently high quality of calibration and service is maintained, that customer requirements are met and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Quality Objectives are established, monitored, measured, recorded and be consistent with the Quality Policy.

Company staff are instructed to read all sections of the Quality Manual and Standard procedures, and that they are complied with at all times. The system described in this manual are under constant surveillance.

Protection of propriety right, confidential information and all aspects of Laboratory security are ensured by the company.

Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Quality Manual rests with the Managing Director who will review it during the Management Review Meeting for continuing suitability.
